Originally from Toronto, Paul became a real estate agent when he obtained his real estate license in 2006. Then in 2013 when Paul and Daria met they eventually ran a successful brokerage in Toronto, Canada’s largest real estate market. While their brokerage was thriving, Paul and Daria wanted a change of scenery. So they sold all of their belongings and pursued their dream of living and working in a warmer climate. Relocated to Los Cabos, Mexico was an easy transition for Paul and Daria, as they frequently visited, weeks at a time over the past decade.

An avid golfer, it was a dream come true when Paul combined is two passions; golf & real estate. As a member of the PGA, Paul was a golf professional at private country clubs in Canada. More reason why Paul has insight to help buyers choose between one of several outstanding golf communities in Los Cabos. He primarily works with investors, vacation home owners, and expat buyers who are interested in luxury real estate. As an expat and an established real estate professional, Paul’s unique skill set is a boon for his clients, whether they are purchasing property sight unseen or are highly familiar with the area.

For Paul, one of his favorite aspects of life in Los Cabos is the amazing quality of life. He is truly blessed to be working side by side with his wife, while helping their clients reach their real estate goals in paradise. Purchasing real estate in a foreign market can be challenging for expats, but working with Paul takes the guesswork out of everything. When he isn’t conducting real estate transactions on and off the golf course, you can find Paul spending quality time with Daria and their friends, improving his golf game, scuba diving, hanging out with their dog Tito, or exploring Los Cabos, living his dream on the Baja Peninsula.
