Born into a family with a passion for real estate, Max was introduced to the business at a young age, spending his childhood touring various neighbourhoods, researching housing markets, and locating the next best property with his parents. Moving seven times in nine years, the splendours of real estate carried the McLoughlin’s from West Vancouver, Canada to San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico, offering Max invaluable first-hand experience.

Max’s love for Mexico, particularly Los Cabos, led him to complete an internship at a local brokerage and earn his real estate license. It was during this process that he gained an even deeper insight into the Mexican housing market, as well as an understanding of the architecture, charm, and distinct beauty that each neighbourhood and development offers. In 2021, he founded an Airbnb property management business catering to luxury homes and condos, ensuring his guests enjoy the vacation of a lifetime. His other passion is music where he had the opportunity to become the youngest house DJ at Omnia, owned by the Hakkasan Group out of Vegas.
