Catalina Auger is Peruvian by birth but has triple nationality and, whilst her mother tongue is Spanish, she also speaks English and French fluently.

Having previously had very active careers in the tourism and airline industries, she has travelled extensively, relocated frequently and lived and worked in different countries in Europe, North America, The Caribbean, South America and Africa.

Now resident in Los Cabos, Catalina is a certified Real Estate agent and has received the “Century 21® México Centurion” status, the top C21 award, in recognition of her commitment, credibility, professionalism, and success in sales.

Her extensive personal experience as an expatriate, living and interacting with numerous people from different cultures and nationalities, means that she is well prepared to advise and assist her clients in all aspects related to the acquisition of a residential or investment property in a completely new country or location.

As a realtor, whether helping her clients to buy or to sell, her priority is to make them happy! She listens to their wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and strives to ensure that the process is fun, easy, and stress-free. Making herself available at any time to address any question or concern, she also likes to help her clients in a very personalised way. This can include advising about and/or recommending everything related to living in Los Cabos, such as hospitals, doctors, schools and other amenities . . . literally anything that can make the process not only worry-free but as smooth, relaxed and as pleasant as possible. 

Catalina is also an accomplished Custom Jewellery and Millinery Designer and in her, albeit limited, spare time exhibits her exclusive creations in prestigious hotels and specialty markets in the Los Cabos area.
