Cabo San Lucas Real Estate Professional

I am a South African-Canadian, who having lived worked and traveled extensively throughout the world since the late 1960’s, settled in Cabo San Lucas in 1997. I am a CPA (Ernst), MBA, CIPS, born and educated in South Africa, immigrating to Canada in his mid-20’s. Gaining Canadian-Citizenship, I lived in Vancouver for almost 20 years, building one of Western Canada’s Premier Import Wine Businesses and after picking up the importation rights for Corona to Western Canada.

I made my first investment in Cabo in the 1980’s in vacation condos, for use and rental. In that late 1990’s – after vacationing to and investing in Mexico for 15 years, I decided to move to Cabo permanently, establishing both a vacation rental business and a B&B – Vacation Villa, now proudly ranked the #1 Rated INN on the Baja and one of the Top-20 in all of Mexico on TRIPADVISOR for the last 3 years! In Casa Contenta Bed & Breakfast / Vacation Villa, I sought to bring together a compilation of “the very best” to pamper the heart and please the soul in this 12,000 sq ft Architectural Digest Villa – originally built by the ex-Mayor of Cabo San Lucas, Carlos Cota. “My extensive experience in the wine industry told me that the old adage ‘Life’s too short to drink cheap wine’ holds true in vacationing as well. Like a fine vintage claret, our Bed & Breakfast offers something unique for the discerning traveler, looking for quiet, relaxed luxury – far enough from the madding crowd, but sufficiently close to drop in and partake when the desire is there.”

IN CONCLUSION: With over 30 years of experience in the areas of Travel, Real Estate Investing, People Businesses and 15 years of living and investing in Los Cabos, I continue to work with old and new friends & clients who are looking for their own Piece of Paradise, to find the investment property of their dreams, I found mine and “live the dream”, and am here to help you find yours!
